Everything you need to know about working with HighPeak Digital — our AI consulting, infrastructure, automation and software, how we work, what it costs, and how to get started.

What does HighPeak Digital actually do?

We are a New Zealand AI agency that designs, builds and deploys AI consulting frameworks, secure AI infrastructure, and custom AI automation systems — AI strategy and roadmaps, secure portals and dashboards, AI agents and voice agents, workflow automation, and custom software built around how your business already runs.

Who do you work with, and which regions do you cover?

We work with ambitious businesses across New Zealand and Australia, from our HQ in Tauranga. Our delivery process is built for remote collaboration across time zones, so we support clients anywhere in NZ and AU regardless of location.

How does an engagement start?

Most projects begin with workflow discovery. We identify the real time-consuming parts of your day-to-day and month-to-month operations, separate surface-level admin from the issues actually slowing the business down, then turn that into a practical implementation roadmap. You can map your workflow first.

How is my data and business IP kept secure?

Security is built in from day one. The systems we design often handle sensitive workflows, documents and business logic, so permissions, ownership and structure are designed up front. Most of our work is delivered under strict non-disclosure agreements, which is why our public examples are anonymised.

How much does an AI system cost?

Cost depends on scope, integrations and complexity. Every recommendation is tied to a real workflow, cost, time or business impact rather than generic AI advice. Use our Pricing Configurator to map your workflow and receive a tailored direction, or book a call for a scoped proposal.

Will AI actually fit how my team already works?

Yes. We do not force businesses into generic templates. We design AI infrastructure around your team, customers, systems and existing processes, then train your people to adopt the tools confidently as part of everyday work, so the systems get used rather than ignored.
