Over a focused three to six months, we identify one bottleneck, build the first AI system with your people and transfer the skills to design, build and run future apps, agents and workflows. Larger programmes can run up to twelve months when the scope requires it.
We set up the agreed infrastructure under your control. Your business owns the custom work and IP we create for the engagement, with code and documentation handed over. Our goal is for your team to continue without relying on HighPeak.
