How to read these numbers

  • All pricing is in NZD. GST may apply.
  • Ranges are based on recent projects; we’ll send a fixed quote after a short discovery call.
  • Usage-based costs (LLM tokens, telephony, hosting) are billed at pass-through plus an agreed margin if needed.
  • If your budget is outside these ranges, we’ll say so early and suggest pilots or a phased approach.
What happens on the first call?

We map your goals, systems and constraints, then outline 1–3 realistic options with rough cost and timeline.

Do you only work with construction?

Construction, trades and service businesses are our sweet spot, but we also work with professional services and ops-heavy teams.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many clients start with a pilot (single workflow or agent) before committing to a larger rollout or partnership.

Who owns the IP?

You own your data and the systems we build for you. We retain our internal frameworks and patterns so we can keep improving them.
