Most engagements run for three to six months. Where the systems, integrations or team training need more time, we can agree a longer programme of up to twelve months. We define the scope, milestones and handover outcomes together before work begins.

Do we need an internal AI team already?
No. We work with the people who own the process and identify the right team members to learn the build. The training plan matches their starting point.
Will we own what you build?
Yes. The custom work and IP created for your engagement are yours. We deliver the code and documentation, set up the agreed infrastructure under your control, and make third-party dependencies clear.
What happens when the term ends?
We complete a practical handover. Your team has the access, knowledge and materials to operate and extend the system. You can engage us again if useful, but the goal is independence.
